b Overview /b p In this role you will support the Finance Manager by delivering accurate financial reporting, analysis, and operational support for the business unit. You will help maintain data integrity, support P L reporting, and provide financial insight to drive performance. You will lead regional Contract Support teams and act as the financial contact for internal stakeholders, enabling cross-regional collaboration and continuous improvement. This position offers exposure to a dynamic contract lifecycle and opportunities to shape financial processes and outcomes. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li competitive salary and benefits package /li li career development opportunities /li li exposure to dynamic and fast-paced environment /li li collaborative and supportive team culture /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead and manage a regional Contract Support team, align objectives with contract billing, and promote process consistency across regions. /li li Generate financial and statistical reports to support decision-making and help implement KPIs and financial measures. /li li Conduct trend analysis to provide insights on financial and operational performance and ensure data integrity in financial systems. /li li Support preparation of P L reporting and provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed. /li li Serve as the primary financial contact for internal inquiries and resolve stakeholder questions in a timely manner. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline /li li Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred) /li li Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or finance management /li li Experience producing financial reports supporting operational decision-making /li /ul ul li Excellent communication and interpersonal skills /li li Strong organizational and time management abilities /li li High attention to detail and accuracy /li li Advanced Microsoft Excel /li li Experience with financial reporting systems /li li Power BI and Tableau experience desirable /li /ul
