Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Location: London, UKReports to: President, UK & EuropeJob Summary:BGIS is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in the next phase of our UK growth journey. Reporting directly to the President, UK & Europe, with a functional reporting line to the Global Chief Financial Officer, this is a rare opportunity to influence strategy and performance at the highest level of the organisation.BGIS is a global leader in integrated facilities management, project delivery, energy and sustainability, asset management, workplace advisory and real estate services. Our UK business currently supports approximately 650 employees and generates 120m in annual revenue, with ambitious plans to significantly expand over the coming years.This role offers far more than financial stewardship. We are seeking a commercially astute finance leader who can partner with operational leadership, shape strategic decision making, drive sustainable growth and ensure the business continues to scale effectively. As CFO, you will lead a high-performing finance and commercial team while serving as a trusted advisor to both UK and global leadership. You will provide the financial insight, challenge and strategic direction required to support business growth, enhance commercial performance and maintain a robust control environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of the UK finance function.Drive business planning, forecasting and performance management.Support operational and commercial decision-making through robust financial insight.Enhance cash generation, working capital and financial controls.Develop finance capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Build scalable processes and governance to support future growth.Partner closely with the President, UK & Europe and Global Finance Leadership.Required Qualifications & Experience:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Proven track record in senior financial leadership within a complex, growth-oriented organisation.Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.Comfortable operating at executive and board level.Experience within facilities management, engineering services, construction services, or other contract-led service environments is highly desirable.Exposure to global reporting structures and organisations experiencing significant growth is advantageous.Additional Information:This is a unique opportunity to join a successful and growing business at a key stage in its evolution.
