Job Description
The Global Clients Group ("GCG") provides solutions for investors across the Brookfield Asset Management organization. GCG also manages institutional relationships and raises capital for Brookfield’s private funds and client accounts. The Business Management Team supports the process, data, technology, finance and operational needs of the Global Client Group.

The team works with all functions across GCG and key stakeholders within technology and the Business Groups to deliver strategic and tactical solutions. The Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistics related to a high volume of fundraising support events across multiple platforms within Brookfield Asset Management.
Job Purpose
- Manage the main calendars and scheduling program specifics for all GCG and fundraising‑related prospecting and diligence meetings across multiple asset classes, and for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute virtual and in‑person fundraise roadshows and other prospective investor meetings and group events with internal stakeholders.
- Manage investor meeting logistics including booking rooms, catering and transportation.
- Draft meeting agendas and briefing notes and organize meeting materials.
- Proactively generate monthly and ad‑hoc activity reports as needed.
- Lead ad‑hoc initiatives to improve operational processes.
- Demonstrate, over time, awareness of fundamental business principles and understanding of overall firm structure and objectives to ensure appropriate decision‑making protocols are followed.
- Remain available and responsive throughout each event and on‑site management of events where necessary.
- Work overtime as required.
