Job Description
The Global Clients Group (“GCG”) provides solutions for investors across the Brookfield Asset Management organization. The GCG also manages institutional relationships and raises capital for Brookfield’s various private funds and client accounts.
The Business Management Team is responsible for supporting the process, data, technology, finance, and operational needs of the Global Client Group. The key focus areas include:
- A dedicated technology and process project management center
- A client operations team
- A strategic initiatives team
- A finance and business planning team
- A global meeting coordinator team
The team will work with all functions across GCG as well as key stakeholders within technology and the Business Groups to deliver strategic and tactical solutions.
Job Purpose
In this role, the Coordinator will:
- Manage the main calendars and scheduling program specifics for all GCG and fundraising-related prospecting and diligence meetings across multiple asset classes, and for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Along with internal stakeholders, coordinate and execute virtual and in-person fundraise roadshows and other prospective investor meetings and group events.
- Manage investor meeting logistics including booking rooms, catering, and transportation.
- Draft meeting agendas and briefing notes and organize meeting materials.
- Pro-actively generate monthly and ad-hoc activity reports as needed.
- Lead ad-hoc initiatives to improve operational processes.
- Demonstrate awareness of fundamental business principles and understanding of overall firm structure and objectives to ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followed.
- Be available and responsive throughout each event and manage events on-site where necessary. Overtime work will be required, as needed.
