The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role involves managing marketing budgets, optimising campaign performance, and overseeing engaging content creation to drive audience engagement. Additionally, the position requires effective management of a creative marketing team, collaboration with senior management, and coordination with third-party providers to ensure the success of all marketing activities.
Responsibilities
· Creating Marketing Strategy and Campaigns
· Monitor and analyse campaign performance and ensure campaigns are within budget.
· To lead the marketing team in all aspects to ensure the success of the department
· Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities.
· Manage and optimise campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Socials, Listings and Print
· Organising promotional events and ensuring the prompt delivery of materials
· Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels.
· Drive innovation in our digital campaigns, utilising creative approaches to reach and engage our target audiences.
· Planning, creating and implementing marketing plans from social media, website, bulk/direct mail and PR
· Managing and reporting on marketing budgets
· Manage third-party marketing providers
· Oversee internal CRM relevant to marketing requirements.
· Occasional overseas travel may be required
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing management experience managing a team of 5 or more.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with marketing campaigns from planning to implementation to reporting
- Website content management.
- Relevant experience in CRM or digital marketing with proven experience developing multi-channel campaigns, communications and strategies
- Physical and email, mailshot design and broadcast.
- Experience with Google Ads, Linked In, and Facebook Ads
- 10+ years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
Company Benefits
£50,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
Private health insurance paid for by the company (after the qualifying period)
