Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for making a difference? Do you hold a valid CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) qualification and have experience in restraint and de-escalation techniques? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are currently recruiting resilient, compassionate and adaptable Support Workers to join our team across the Midlands. This agency-based role involves working with service users of various ages and needs, including those with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviour.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality care and support in residential or supported living settings.
- Use CPI-approved strategies to manage challenging behaviours safely and effectively.
- Work as part of a team to promote independence and wellbeing for service users.
- Deliver person-centred support in line with individual care plans.
- Complete daily records and ensure safeguarding and dignity at all times.
Requirements:
- CPI qualification (Crisis Prevention Institute) – mandatory
- Experience with restraint techniques and managing challenging behaviour
- Previous support work with mental health or learning disabilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-the-day shifts
- Must be eligible to work in the UK (We cannot accept Student or Skilled Worker Visas)
