Night Carer – 40 Hours per Week

Location: 7-bed Residential Care Home

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Shifts: Four 10-hour night shifts per week (8:15pm–7:15am)

Breaks: 1-hour unpaid break per shift

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Night Carer to join our supportive team in a warm and welcoming 7-bed residential care home. We provide permanent care for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, ensuring they receive personalised support in a safe and nurturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality overnight care and support to residents
  • Assist with personal care needs and promote independence
  • Carry out regular welfare and safety checks
  • Maintain clear and accurate records throughout the night
  • Support residents’ comfort, wellbeing, and dignity
