Brookes HC Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Support Workers and Care Assistants for a residential care service in Leicester. This is a full-time opportunity for compassionate, reliable people who can provide person-centred support and contribute positively to the lives of those using the service.
Shift pattern:
- Days: 7:45am–8:15pm
- Nights: 7:45pm–8:15am

Responsibilities:
- Supporting people with their daily routines
- Providing respectful personal care when required
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Supporting emotional and social wellbeing
- Following individual care plans
- Maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with colleagues to provide safe, consistent care
- Following safeguarding, health and safety and medication procedures
Requirements:
- Previous care or support work experience is preferred but not essential
- A compassionate and respectful approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Willingness to complete all required training and pre-employment checks
- Availability to work both days and nights
- An existing right to work in the UK
