Job Title: Registered Manager – Nursing / Complex Care Location: Huddersfield Salary: £50,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Brookes HC Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist care service in Huddersfield. This is a full-time, permanent role within a 25-bed service supporting adults with complex physical and neurological needs. The service supports people with conditions such as brain injury, stroke, Huntington’s disease, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, learning disabilities and other complex care needs. We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader who can support the day-to-day running of the service, maintain high standards of care and compliance, and lead the team in delivering safe, person-centred support. The Role: * Registered Manager * Huddersfield based * £50,000 per annum * 40 hours per week * Full-time, permanent position * Specialist complex care service * Leading a 25-bed service * Supporting adults with physical and neurological needs * Overseeing day-to-day operations * Leading, motivating and developing the care team * Ensuring high standards of care and support * Maintaining CQC compliance and quality standards * Managing safeguarding, audits and governance * Managing budgets and resources * Building relationships with residents, families and professionals * Promoting a positive, inclusive and person-centred culture The Candidate: * Must be a Registered Nurse with an active UK NMC PIN * RGN, RMN or RNLD considered * Previous Registered Manager / Home Manager experience required * Ideally 2+ years’ experience managing a care home or nursing home * Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding * Experience within nursing, complex care, physical disability or neurological care is highly desirable * Confident managing staff teams, budgets, audits and compliance * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Able to promote high standards of person-centred care * Must have the right to work in the UK Apply Today If you are an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new permanent role in Huddersfield, please apply today and Leah from Brookes HC Recruitment will be in touch
