Brookes Recruitment is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who wants to run their own desk with the backing of an established recruitment business. This role is ideal for a commercially driven recruiter who wants autonomy, ownership, and a genuine share in the profits they generate — without the overheads of running their own company.
The Opportunity
- You will operate under the Brookes Recruitment banner
- Brookes will:
- Employ you and pay your salary
- Cover all required licences, accreditations, compliance, and insurances relevant to your chosen sector
- Provide infrastructure, branding, systems, and support where required
- Build and run your own desk in any recruitment sector (temp, perm, or contract)
- Be fully responsible for sales, delivery, and revenue generation
Earnings Structure
- Brookes will pay your agreed salary in the usual way
- Your salary cost will be deducted from the profit generated by your desk
- Remaining profit will be split:
- 60% Brookes Recruitment
- 40% Consultant
Minimum performance requirement: You must generate a minimum of £4,000 gross profit per month to qualify for profit share. This ensures the model is sustainable and commercially viable for both parties.
