We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team, working with leading care organisations across the West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong client and candidate relationships.
The Role
- Managing a full 360 recruitment desk, including:
- Winning new business and developing relationships with prospective clients
- Presenting and pitching recruitment services to care organisations
- Negotiating terms of business and managing client contracts
- Sourcing, attracting and placing high-quality candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate network
- Developing in-depth market knowledge through networking and industry engagement
- Visiting clients to secure new business and strengthen existing partnerships
- Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota
About You
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within healthcare or a similar sector
- A proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships
- Evidence of consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs and targets
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A confident and professional approach
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a desire to succeed
