Brookes HC Recruitment Ltd is looking for an organised and experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our busy healthcare recruitment team. The successful candidate must have a good understanding of recruitment compliance and ideally have previous experience within healthcare, social care or temporary recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing candidate registrations and onboarding
- Ensuring candidate files are fully compliant before workers are cleared for work
- Checking Right to Work documents and any visa/work restrictions
- Processing and monitoring DBS checks
- Obtaining and verifying employment references
- Checking mandatory training certificates and expiry dates
- Checking identification and recruitment documentation
- Monitoring compliance and chasing outstanding or expiring documents
- Maintaining accurate candidate records on company systems
- Carrying out regular compliance checks and file audits
- Supporting the recruitment team with candidate administration
- Communicating professionally with candidates, workers and clients
- General recruitment and office administration duties
About You
- Previous recruitment administration or compliance experience
- A good understanding of recruitment compliance
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confidence in chasing candidates for outstanding documentation
- Good telephone and email communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities
- Good IT skills
- A professional and reliable approach to work
Experience within a healthcare recruitment agency would be a strong advantage. Compliance is an essential part of this position. You must understand the importance of ensuring workers are appropriately vetted and fully compliant before they are supplied to healthcare clients.
