The service supports adults aged 18 and over with physical disabilities, neurological conditions and complex nursing needs. This includes people living with acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, cerebral palsy, Huntington’s disease, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy and Parkinson’s disease. The home delivers specialist nursing and complex care, including PEG care, while promoting rehabilitation, independence, community access and overall wellbeing.
