Role: Support Worker
Location: Leicester
Shifts: Days & Nights available
Availability: Weekday & weekend work

We are particularly interested in Support Workers with experience working within mental health, challenging behaviour and complex care environments.
PMVA TRAINING
PMVA training is preferred but NOT essential. If you have the right experience and attitude but don't currently hold valid PMVA training, training can be arranged for suitable candidates.
We are looking for people who:
- Have previous Support Worker/care experience
- Are confident working within challenging environments
- Are reliable, professional and flexible
- Can work days, nights and weekends
- Have good communication skills
- Are committed to providing safe, high-quality support
- Hold PMVA training – preferred but training can be provided/arranged
