We are currently recruiting for a female Support Worker to join a residential care home in Birmingham, B18, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, including schizophrenia. This is a full-time role offering a mixture of day and night shifts. Some residents require support with full manual handling and personal care, so previous experience in a similar setting would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to residents with learning disabilities and mental health needs
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks and routines
