Night Support Worker – 20 Hours per Week
Location: 7-bed Residential Care Home
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Shifts: Two 10-hour night shifts per week (8:15pm–7:15am)
Breaks: 1-hour unpaid break per shift
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Night Carer to join our dedicated team in a friendly and supportive 7-bed care home. We provide permanent residential care for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, supporting them to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality overnight care and support to residents
- Promote independence, comfort, and wellbeing
- Assist with personal care needs where required
- Carry out regular welfare checks
- Maintain accurate records and handovers
- Help create a safe, calm, and nurturing environment
