The Brookes Recruitment Group is recruiting Support Workers for three closely located supported-living services in Camborne. The services support adults with learning disabilities, mental ill-health and complex needs. The focus is on helping each person maintain or develop their independence while receiving support tailored to their individual needs.

As a Support Worker, you will help individuals lead fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing respectful, person-centred support
  • Assisting with personal care where required
  • Supporting people with everyday tasks and routines
  • Helping individuals access activities and the local community
  • Encouraging independence, choice and confidence
  • Supporting people with appointments, education or employment
  • Completing accurate records and contributing to effective handovers
  • Maintaining dignity, safety and wellbeing at all times
