The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships and sourcing outstanding healthcare professionals for temporary and permanent vacancies across the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive sales, networking and business development
- Build relationships with care homes, nursing homes, supported living providers and healthcare organisations
- Arrange and attend client meetings to secure new business opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements
- Source, interview and place high-quality healthcare professionals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates
- Advertise vacancies across leading recruitment platforms and social media
- Deliver an exceptional recruitment service to clients and candidates
- Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in a shared out-of-hours on-call rota
About You

- Previous recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment preferred but not essential)
- A proven track record of winning new business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- The ability to work independently and as part of a successful team
- A full UK driving licence
