Genuine Occupational Requirement: Female applicants only – Many of the female services users we work with will only have females perform personal care on them and under no circumstance will accept a male. Therefore, at this time, we will only be taking on female applicants.

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate, resilient Female Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our dedicated team across the specialist care buildings we work with.

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting individuals to live with dignity, independence, and purpose. You will work closely with residents who have a range of complex needs, providing both emotional and practical support in a safe, person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and dementia
  • Assisting residents during end-of-life care, offering comfort and compassion
  • Supporting individuals who may display challenging behaviour
  • Taking service users out into the community to promote independence and social inclusion
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Maintaining accurate records and following care plans and risk assessments
