The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
You will oversee the day to day running of a 5-bed property (3 service users) and ensure all services operate effectively and facilities meet regulatory standards in Birmingham and/or Stafford. You will also have a potential opportunity to manage more than just a singular property/service.
Regularly exercise skills in compliance and team development whilst also managing budgets and other financial responsibilities. This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to help shape the identity, culture, and success of young people’s future by providing a nurturing environment, working collaboratively with external professionals, families, and local authorities to achieve the best outcomes for the young people.
About the role:
- Competitive salary (£60,000 - £80,000)
- 9AM-5PM
- Monday-Friday
- Permanent role
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Children’s Registered Manager
- Qualified nurse (Valid NMC PIN)
- Able to start immediately is preferred
- Ofsted registered is preferred
- Clinical background is preferred
