Brooke Weston Trust is seeking an HLTA to join our Inclusion Team at Corby Technical School, delivering bespoke SEMH interventions and targeted support.

The role covers one-to-one and small-group work, helping students re-engage with learning, while collaborating with teachers, families and external agencies.

You will design personalised programmes, maintain high expectations, and apply restorative approaches to support vulnerable learners and improve attendance and engagement.
