Head Chef – Secondary Catering Team
Head Chef to join our Secondary catering team, providing fresh hot and cold food to students and staff across four schools within the Brooke Weston Trust in Corby and Kettering.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of food preparation, food service, kitchen and restaurant hygiene across four schools.
- Collaborate with the Senior Catering Manager and Assistant Chef to deliver high‑quality meals.
- Maintain stringent safety and hygiene standards in a busy, demanding environment.
- Travel between sites (Corby and Kettering) as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferred experience in a school catering environment.
- Commitment to providing enjoyable and safe meal times for students.
- Willingness to share the Trust’s vision for quality meals.
