Position: Financial Controller to join the Central Finance Team at Brooke Weston Trust.

Salary and Hours

  • Salary: BWT Leadership Scale - L1 to L3, £51,772 to £54,393 per annum.
  • Hours per week: 37 hours.
  • Weeks per year: 52.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate financial sustainability and budget management.
  • Maintain compliance and robust financial controls.
  • Lead the Finance Operations Team, with responsibility for financial management and reporting.
  • Oversee financial control and compliance, audit and governance.
  • Provide leadership and operations support to the finance function.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience in financial sustainability and budget management.
  • Ability to maintain compliance and robust financial controls.
