The Data and Exams Assistant will support the team through a range of essential administrative and data‑entry tasks, ensuring the smooth delivery of data collection and exam processes.

Responsibilities

  • General office administration and data entry.
  • Assist the Data Manager with data collection and quality checks.
  • Assist the Exams Officer with exam preparations and related activities.

Qualifications

  • Administrative experience and competence with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Knowledge of the public examinations system is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours

Term time plus one week, amounting to 40 working weeks per year. You will be required to work an additional five days during the summer holiday period, with four of these days aligned to examination results days. Hours: 08:00–16:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00–15:30 Friday.
