Join Corby Technical School as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant and play a pivotal role in helping vulnerable learners on the SENd Register thrive. This is a dynamic, people-centred opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships and making a genuine difference every day. You will work alongside teachers, the SENd Team and pastoral colleagues to provide targeted in-class support, deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions, and help students build confidence, resilience and the habits they need to succeed.
You should be calm, consistent and resilient, and not averse to supporting young people who may present with challenging behaviour or non-compliance. You will help remove barriers to learning by maintaining high expectations, promoting positive behaviour and enabling students to re-engage with school life and progress towards positive futures.
Contract & Hours: Term time only. 37 hours per week. Hrs: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.00pm Friday.
