You will respond to support requests within agreed timeframes, analyse data, and produce accurate reports that inform decision‑making. Your responsibilities will include processing routine forms and returns, liaising professionally with parents, students, staff and external agencies, and supporting the organisation of meetings, visits and events. You'll also contribute to the development of effective administrative systems, undertake a range of IT‑based tasks, and support HR administration as required. This role requires supporting school events after 3:00pm such as parents' evenings, proms and other activities. The job holder will be expected to undertake first‑aid training and MIDAS training.
