Responsibilities
- Work closely with teachers, families and external professionals to remove barriers to learning and coordinate and model excellent practice across the team.
- Lead and strengthen day-to-day SENd provision by designing, constructing and delivering bespoke learning opportunities that meet individual needs—including targeted interventions, adaptive in‑class strategies and personalised programmes.
- Support students who present with challenging behaviour, non‑compliance or dysregulation, maintaining calm, consistency and high expectations.
Hours & Contract
- Term time only, 37 hours per week.
- Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Friday.
