Educational Healthcare Assistant in Corby

We are seeking a caring, compassionate and highly organised Educational Healthcare Assistant to join our school community and provide high-quality health support to students. Working closely with the Teaching Staff and Pastoral Team, you will provide first aid, emergency care and treatment for illness or injury, following school policies and agreed protocols. You will administer delegated oral, inhaled and topical medications, maintain accurate and confidential medical records, and ensure medicines and medical supplies are stored, used and disposed of safely. You will play a key role in promoting health education and wellbeing, supporting students with physical and mental health concerns, and developing individual care plans in partnership with students, parents and staff. You will also recognise and report serious incidents, welfare concerns and significant health issues, making appropriate referrals when required.
