To work closely with a partner who is particularly entrenched with leisure and licensed sector clients who have substantial property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of landlord and tenant matters, including 1954 Act renewals, possession actions, forfeitures, and dilapidations.
- Deliver ongoing, process-driven litigation for commercial property clients.
- Bundle preparation and document management.

Requirements
- 2-5 years PQE in Litigation, good knowledge of the CPR.
