- Make clear, confident decisions in line with funding and risk appetite.
- Communicate decisions effectively to brokers, clients and internal teams.
- Work creatively to structure deals that work for both the client and the business.
- Manage your own pipeline while supporting team delivery.
- Build strong relationships with brokers and external partners.
