Sales Support – Specialist Lending
Location: Cheshire – Fully Office based

Salary: £30,000 | Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Sales Support professional to join a specialist lending team in Cheshire. You will support the sales team (BDMs) and clients to ensure enquiries and terms are handled efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support BDMs with incoming enquiries and deal progression
• Ensure documentation and terms are accurate and issued on time
• Manage expectations with clients and internal teams professionally
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements:

• Exceptional organisational skills
• Strong communication skills, both internal and external
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to deliver on commitments
• Awareness of bridging finance is preferred, but experience in mortgages or secured lending is also suitable
