We’re a well-established, Directly Authorised Mortgage and Insurance firm with over 11 years of success in delivering tailored financial solutions. Our in-house services include mortgages, life and general insurance, secured loans, and bridging finance.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Life Protection Advisor to join our team, taking on high-quality, verified inbound leads and providing expert advice to clients.
The Role- Receive pre-qualified leads from our dedicated in-house lead generation team.
- Conduct thorough fact finds to understand each client's needs.
- Offer tailored life insurance advice and convert enquiries into policies via phone.
- Ensure excellent customer service while completing all documentation to compliance standards.
- Previous experience selling life insurance on an advised basis.
- A consultative, customer-first approach.
- CAS Status required.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Confidence in working towards and exceeding KPIs in a compliant manner.
- Over 120 hot leads provided daily – no cold calling.
- Free onsite parking.
- 22 days holiday plus your birthday off.

Hours Monday–Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Optional weekend overtime (as above).
