Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell warranty products to new and used car customers
- Opportunity to sell other products to increase earnings (Paint protect, GAP etc)
- Achieve agreed penetration targets and KPIs
- Explain warranty coverage, benefits, and exclusions clearly
- Ensure all activity complies with FCA guidelines
- Support sales and service teams with warranty presentations
- Maintain accurate documentation and performance reports
Skills & Attributes
- Experience in field sales
- Strong communicator with solid negotiation skills
- Knowledge of FCA compliance (desirable)
- IT competent (CRM, DMS, MS Office)
- Customer-focused, target-driven, and proactive
