About the role
As a Regulated Senior Bridging Underwriter with our company, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and determining the feasibility of loan applications.
- Underwriting and assessing loan documentation, including valuation reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance with lending policies and regulations.
- Conducting comprehensive checks on applicants and properties to assess their suitability for the applied loan, identifying any concerns or discrepancies.
- Proactively communicating with brokers and other stakeholders to obtain additional information as needed and provide timely updates on application status.
