Are you an experienced Protection Advisor with a passion for helping people and a strong background in life insurance sales? If so, we want to hear from you! We’re a well-established, Directly Authorised Mortgage and Insurance firm with over 11 years of success in delivering tailored financial solutions. Our in-house services include mortgages, life and general insurance, secured loans, and bridging finance. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Life Protection Advisor to join our team, taking on high-quality, verified inbound leads and providing expert advice to clients.

The Role
  • Receive pre-qualified leads from our dedicated in-house lead generation team.
  • Conduct thorough fact finds to understand each client's needs.
  • Offer tailored life insurance advice and convert enquiries into policies via phone.
  • Ensure excellent customer service while completing all documentation to compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience selling life insurance on an advised basis.
  • A consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Confidence in working towards and exceeding KPIs in a compliant manner.
