About the Role In this fast-paced and rewarding position, you’ll support customers experiencing financial difficulty, offering tailored solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives. Your ability to show empathy, stay compliant, and deliver outstanding outcomes will be key. Key Responsibilities * Customer Service Excellence: Deliver first-class support via inbound/outbound calls, emails, web chat, and other communication channels. * Tailored Problem Solving: Assist customers in financial difficulty by understanding their unique circumstances and providing fair, appropriate solutions. * Regulatory Compliance: Issue accurate regulatory notices while adhering to internal policies and FCA/New Consumer Duty guidelines. * Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed service level KPIs in a collaborative team environment.
