A growing advice-led brokerage is looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser and a Protection Specialist to join the team. The business prides itself on being straightforward, supportive and client-focused with no corporate jargon and a strong emphasis on doing the right thing for customers.
This is an opportunity to focus on quality advice and client outcomes, with a consistent flow of warm, pre-qualified leads provided daily. You’ll collaborate with an experienced support team to ensure each client receives a smooth and positive journey.
Key Responsibilities- Work with 2–4 pre-qualified appointments per day from internal lead sources
- You’ll have access to an in-house marketing team if you want to build your own book, too
- Provide clear, compliant advice on mortgages and/or protection products
- Liaise with support administrators and fellow advisers to maintain strong client experience
- Ensure great outcomes and maintain strong client relationships
- Option to work with an in-house marketing function to build your personal client base
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
- Ideally 2–4 years’ experience in a regulated advice or office-based role
- Strong understanding of mortgages, protection and the client advice process
- Collaborative, positive and reliable; able to balance pace with quality
- Client-first approach with genuine care for outcomes
- Salary will be depending on experience
- Uncapped commission
