Amazing opportunity to kick start a career within secured lending! As an inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking a secured loan or mortgage. You will receive warm inbound and outbound calls, with no cold calling or use of outbound dialers. The successful candidate will handle fact-finding, transferring customers to third-party lenders, and assisting clients through the application process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling warm inbound calls from clients seeking financial assistance.
  • Making outbound calls to customers who have requested information about loans.
  • Completing compliant fact-finds with clients to understand their needs.
  • Transferring customers to appropriate third-party lenders.
  • Following up with clients to collect outstanding documents.

Skills & Experience Preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience in a Contact Centre environment.
  • GCSE Maths required.

  • Strong telephone manner with excellent rapport-building abilities.

Working Hours

  • Early Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Mid Shift: Mon – Wed, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm; Thurs, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Fri, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Late Shift: Mon – Wed, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm; Thurs, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Fri, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: £24,000 per year
  • Performance Bonus: On-target earnings (OTE) up to £30,000 annual
  • Additional Benefits: Casual dress code, 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays, company pension, death in service benefit, on-site parking

  • GCSEs in Maths & English (grades A-C or equivalent).
