Experienced Life Insurance Advisor / Protection Advisor
Location: Warrington
Salary: £35,000 basic + 15% commission (Uncapped earnings)
Hours: Full-time | Monday-Friday | Optional Weekend Overtime Available

We’re a well-established, Directly Authorised Mortgage and Insurance firm with over 11 years of success in delivering tailored financial solutions. Our in-house services include mortgages, life and general insurance, secured loans, and bridging finance.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Life Protection Advisor to join our team, taking on high-quality, verified inbound leads and providing expert advice to clients.
The Role
Receive pre-qualified leads from our dedicated in-house lead generation team.
Conduct thorough fact finds to understand each client’s needs.
Offer tailored life insurance advice and convert enquiries into policies via phone.
Ensure excellent customer service while completing all documentation to compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience selling life insurance on an advised basis.
A consultative, customer-first approach.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Confidence in working towards and exceeding KPIs in a compliant manner.
