Are you an experienced Protection Advisor with a passion for helping people and a strong background in life insurance sales? If so, we want to hear from you! We’re a well-established, Directly Authorised Mortgage and Insurance firm with over 11 years of success in delivering tailored financial solutions. Our in-house services include mortgages, life and general insurance, secured loans, and bridging finance.
The Role:
- Receive pre-qualified leads from our dedicated in-house lead generation team.
- Conduct thorough fact finds to understand each client's needs.
- Offer tailored life insurance advice and convert enquiries into policies via phone.
- Ensure excellent customer service while completing all documentation to compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience selling life insurance on an advised basis.
- A consultative, customer-first approach.
- CAS Status required.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Confidence in working towards and exceeding KPIs in a compliant manner.
