We are a well-established, Directly Authorised Mortgage and Insurance firm with over 11 years of success in delivering tailored financial solutions. Our in-house services include mortgages, life and general insurance, secured loans, and bridging finance.
As we continue to grow, we are looking to recruit a Lead Verifier to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service or sales experience to develop their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Role Overview:
As a Lead Verifier, you will be responsible for engaging with high-quality inbound leads from both new enquiries and our existing client base. Your role will involve contacting these customers, verifying their information, understanding their needs, and arranging appointments for our experienced advice team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make contact with inbound customer leads who have submitted their details
- Verify customer information and understand their protection needs
- Deliver a professional and friendly experience on every call
- Build rapport and trust quickly with prospective clients
- Book qualified appointments for the advisory team
