Are you an experienced Bridging Finance professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams? Would you like to work for the 2nd biggest non-bank lender? We're looking for a Head of Internal Bridging Sales to lead and develop a busy internal sales function, driving performance, coaching teams, and delivering exceptional service to broker partners.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing a team of Telephone Business Development Managers and overseeing the Sales Administration function, ensuring sales targets, KPIs and service levels are consistently achieved. You'll play a key role in developing your team, improving processes, managing performance, and supporting complex lending enquiries while working closely with Operations, Marketing and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the Internal Bridging Sales and Sales Administration teams.
  • Drive proactive outbound and inbound sales activity.
  • Manage team performance against KPIs, SLAs and business objectives.
  • Support complex case referrals and approve exceptions where appropriate.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and CRM accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations, Marketing and Product teams to maximise opportunities.
  • Deliver training, coaching and ongoing development to the team.
  • Champion CRM best practice, reporting and data integrity.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Extensive Bridging Finance experience gained within a specialist lender, bank, non-bank lender or brokerage.
  • Previous experience managing and developing successful sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the specialist lending market.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver against targets.
