We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager who has experience in car dealerships. The business has established itself as one of the UK's fastest growing companies in the vehicle warranty sector. It has a leading reputation and a brilliant working environment. They continue to add great people to the team and they believe in letting them do what they do best. Everything they achieve is down to their people.
As a Field Sales Manager, your role will be two-fold: providing great customer service to and driving business with our existing motor dealer accounts, and also actively canvassing and acquiring new business from target dealer accounts in your designated territory.
The successful Field Sales Manager will actively find new ways to win business from target accounts using our consultative sales process, as well as present to, negotiate, and overcome objections in order to win business from target dealer accounts. You will plan your own diary to maximise your effectiveness in the role.
The Field Sales Manager should have previous experience managing a team and be able to demonstrate self-confidence and good relationship building skills, whilst also being comfortable cold-calling and being able to think on your feet.
In return for your efforts, you will be paid a generous basic salary plus commission, and a company car is provided. You will be required to work Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm (No Weekends). This would suit a sales manager working within the motor trade looking for a better work/life balance.
