We are expanding and looking for an experienced Second Charge Case Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Second Charge Mortgage Advisers, handling the following responsibilities:
- Documentation Check: Verify client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Case Packaging: Prepare and package cases to be submitted to lenders.
- Pre-Underwriting: Conduct pre-underwriting assessments to ensure cases meet initial lending criteria.
