We are looking for a Secured Loan Advisor to join a well established broker. The ideal candidate will assist clients in securing loans, providing expert advice on financial products and services.
Location: Bolton (hybrid- 3 days in office)
Basic: Β£32,500 bonus
Working Hours: NO WEEKENDS - Monday - Thursday 9-6pm, Friday 9-4pm
Duties:
- Assess clients' financial situations and needs to recommend suitable loan products
- Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Evaluate loan applications, including credit history analysis and risk assessment
- Provide clear explanations of loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Previous experience within second charge loans in an advisory role is essential.
- Successful completion of CeMap modules 1, 2 and 3.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance standards is advantageous
