The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supporter Care and Donation Processing professional to join our high performing Supporter Care Team at Brooke. You will work as part of a busy Supporter Care and Fulfilment team providing high quality donation processing and fulfilment services, and the highest levels of supporter care.
You will be responsible for completing donation and fulfilment day-to-day tasks within a busy Supporter Care team, including liaising/collaborating closely with the Finance and Database teams and other internal teams; always with a view to providing a first class donor experience whilst also seeking to retain and increase support of Brooke.
You will be joining a busy team, working very closely with Supporter Care colleagues to deliver excellent service provision to a variety of stakeholders and will support across both the Donation.
