Job Summary: Are you passionate about helping us generate income for a great cause? If so, we are looking for a highly organised individual who can support our Legacies and Communities teams with their administration and records. The Fundraising Administrator will play a pivotal role in the team. As a first point of contact for supporters, you will be responsible for helping us deliver an excellent stewardship experience by handwriting ‘thank you’ notes, updating the database with supporter interactions and pulling reports, along with other administration tasks. This is our largest area of income at Brooke, and making sure we get the best from our supporters is vital to securing our future success. This role is part-time (21 hours a week), and we are ideally looking for someone able to spread these hours across 5 days (Mon-Fri).
About you: This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain experience in a fast-moving and dynamic team. We are an ambitious international charity, and you will need excellent organisational and time-management skills to thrive. You will have a passion for animal welfare, a strong ‘can do’ attitude and a keen eye for detail. You will be joining a friendly and passionate Legacy and Community Engagement team at a really exciting time for Brooke. If you are interested in the role and meet the criteria, we will look forward to hearing from you.
At Brooke, we celebrate diversity and the creative new ideas it brings. We actively encourage applications from all backgrounds, in particular global majority candidates, candidates from a social mobility background, disabled and neuro-diverse candidates, and candidates under 25, as these groups are currently under-represented at Brooke. We are aware that studies have shown that women and global majority candidates are less likely to apply for a role if they feel they do not meet the full criteria of the job description. If you feel you meet the majority of the criteria, we would love to hear from you.
We offer a variety of flexible working options to best support our staff and to ensure our working practices are as inclusive as possible.
Closing date: 24th August 2026 (we may close this advert early if we receive a large number of applications)
