As an Internal Recruiter, your role will include:
- Supporting our growth by headhunting consultants and engineers from entry level up to Director across eight offices
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
- Phone screening candidates
- Engaging with passive candidates and industry networks to attract top talent
- Support general recruitment administration across the business
Good telephone etiquette, ability to objection handle and follow up. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
