About Brookbanks: Brookbanks is a UK privately owned consultancy playing a key role in the design and delivery of new towns, retail parks, offices, industrial units and more. Operating nationwide, we offer hybrid working and a supportive environment where your ideas and expertise can make a real impact.
As a Graduate Consultant you will:
- Complete six, three-month rotations across our business groups, gaining experience in:
- Land, Development and Communities
- Development Management
- Cost & Commercial Management
- Civil Engineering
- Structural Engineering
- Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
Core rotations will be based in our Birmingham or Bristol office, with at least one three-month rotation in another of our national offices. At the end of the graduate scheme, you will have the opportunity to choose and apply for the business group you wish to specialise in.

What we look for:
- A degree in a relevant discipline such as Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Geography, Urban and Regional Planning, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Structural Engineering.
- A strong communicator who is ambitious, proactive and well presented, with the ability to problem-solve, manage multiple deadlines, take initiative and make a real impact.
