As Senior Associate Commercial Director you'll be responsible for: β’ Leading the commercial delivery of major infrastructure, residential, mixed-use, and development projects from inception through to completion. β’ Providing strategic commercial advice to clients, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while managing risk, value, and performance. β’ Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor across a portfolio of key accounts. β’ Leading and supporting commercial teams in the delivery of cost management, procurement, contract administration, and commercial management services. β’ Identifying opportunities for growth, supporting business development activities, and contributing to the continued expansion of the Commercial team. β’ Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional outcomes for clients. β’ Mentoring and developing team members, supporting technical excellence and career progression. β’ Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the Commercial service offering across Brookbanks. What we're looking for: β Significant experience within a cost consultancy environment. β Strong network of client contacts and the ability to generate and convert new business opportunities. β Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams. β Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) would be advantageous.
